Policies

WELCOME TO DRIPDROPNAILZ llc.

​I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE , FOR ANY REASON

 

PRICES AND DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES FINAL 

​AGE REQUIREMENT : 14years of age + for all acrylic services

 

*All clients must wash hands and use the restroom before appointment arrival. A bathroom is available for client use.

​     ​   *No appointments will be scheduled on these Days: Mother's day ,Christmas, Thanksgiving, Jan 1st, Feb 25th, March 17th, Aug 24th-26th, Sep 4th

Requirements  BEFORE booking

 

1) Identification must be sent to book your appointment! This will not be shared with anyone, feel free to block out Any information other than your Name, face, and expiration date.This is for my safety! A lot of you all are first time clients meaning I have no idea what you look like! In the case of scamming as well as fraudulent behavior having id is proof of your appointment. An alternative option is to take a selfie with no make up or filter on and no sunglasses or mask. If you do not have ID you can send in a valid school or work ID. Name, face, and current year must be present. All forms of ID must be CLEAR AND VISIBLE. If not I will reach out if no response the appointment will be canceled with refund of deposit. 

 

2)If you have been sick within the last 4-5 days STAY HOME or book for the following week when symptoms are clear. If you happen to become sick or feel ill please message me via text or dm to reschedule your appointment. Your health and rest matters here.

3) I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, I will not be servicing if you have any cold/flu symptoms such as :

  •  coughing, runny nose, sore throat, etc within 1 week of your appointment or during your service.

And please be aware that If you have any signs of nail infection please see a doctor, don’t book! If you are unsure please dm me pictures!

Please understand If you show signs of anything previously mentioned above, you will be sent home with forfeited deposit.

It is really easy to reschedule your appointment so please do so! If you show signs of any of these things you will be sent home without deposit refund.​

 

4) All clients are suggested to use the restroom before your appointment. After beginning your service the next opportunity to use the restroom is after filing/before polish. All clients must wash hands before appointment ( SOAP AND WATER NOT HAND SANITIZER) .


 

GENERAL POLICIES /THINGS TO KNOW WHEN BOOKING APPOINTMENT 

 

* Location will be sent through Email 24hr in advance of your appointment

* All clients must wash hands and use the restroom before appointment arrival. 

* In order to book your appointment there will be a NON REFUNDABLE $25 deposit that does go towards your service, deposits will be paid on the booking site so please be prepared with your card.

 

Your remaining balance will be paid day of via Apple Pay , zelle, or Tap ( $3 transaction fee) with no exceptions.

PLEASE BE ON TIME!   If your appointment was scheduled for 11am. I expect to see you at 11am not 11:05am or 10:40am. If you are 15 minutes late there are two options: ONE, Reschedule with same deposit one time or TWO an automatic cancellation of your appointment and forfeit your deposit

. I am very flexible and willing to work with you in certain cases. Every late appointment pushes the rest of my appointments back. Please try and let me know 24-48hrs prior to your appointment to reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new date. Please keep in mind there are other appointments in the same day.

*If I am arriving 15min late to your appointment, you will receive the option of a free add on of choice for two nails or an extra stamp on your loyalty card. If I need to cancel you  will get the option to reschedule or cancel with deposit refund.

** NO EXTRA GUESTS. Please bring you and you only,Parents of minors you can sit in with client if you please but please allow them their personal service experience i.e. please don’t hover. No friends, no cousins, no one. No kids (if necessary please dm/message me in advance of your appointment).

* Please don't eat during the appointment. Close lid/capped drinks are fine.Snacks ok during pedicures. 

* Respect the space, make sure to throw away any trash you bring in. 

* I WILL NOT do exact replicas of someone else's work but I will recreate it with my own twist. If somehow you convince me… keep in mind all nail techs are different.

* I WILL WORK ON TOP OF OTHERS WORK . If you schedule an appointment I prefer for you to come in with bare nails. However, If you come in with an old set from another tech/salon there is now a service for you! This is a new service that I am adding on. If any nails are too badly lifted or too badly damaged the service will result in a soak off and consultation. Keep in mind any nails that I work over are likely to lift sooner due to the original foundation being someone else's. MAKE SURE to properly book this appointment. If you show up to a service that requires bare nails you will be given the option of adding a soak off to your appointment as well as $15 inconvenience fee if the time permits or you will be sent home . If you cannot remove them yourself you can book the new client soak off or add it on to your appointment. Please understand soak offs take an additional 30 min-1hr, so I advice clients to book their fullset and soak of on two different days if you don’t have time all in one day ( back to back day booking is possible)​​

* After 4 fills, I recommend booking a soak off and full fresh set!​​

* If you have any lifting please contact me, come in same day - max 2days after it is lifted so that it can be sealed. If you cannot get to me please use nail clippers to cut the free edge (nail extended over finger tip) down to avoid more possible trauma to the nail and book a soak off or nail repair ASAP! DO NOT GLUE BACK DOWN THE NAIL.

* If you are unhappy with your nails or my understanding of your desired set please let me know before, during, or after your service. My number one goal is to ensure that all my clients leave happy & completely satisfied. The second you leave the salon you are letting me know you are perfectly happy with your service/nails/ enhancement. 

* Any initial breaks, lifting, chipping, or issues within the immediate 3 days after being serviced will be fixed for free. You must let me know ASAP

ALL PRICES ON WEBSITE ARE STARTING POINTS! PRICE WILL VARY DEPENDING ON DESIGN/ART/ADD ONS/ LENGTH / ETC.

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY MOMENT

SQUEEZE INS, RESCHEDULING , and CANCELLATIONS 

* Short notice/ After hour squeeze ins are an additional $30 and must be made through text (510)423-2730. Please include your name first and last and email when booking a squeeze in. Squeeze in Fee and deposits must be  sent together via Zelle or Apple Pay.

*No Same day booking fee if the appointment time is available. Walk in appointments are welcome, Slot times available will be posted every morning.

* Max. 2 reschedule per one deposit, any rescheduling after you will need to pay a new deposit.

* No call, No text , No show will result in no future appointments. You will need to pay $50 fee and deposit to book again in the future.

* 2+ cancellations back to back means no future appointments.

* Any cancellations or edits to your appointments must be made at LEAST 2 days (48 hrs)  prior to your appointment. Cancellations may be done via text or dm or in your confirmation email sent to you the day you booked your appointment.

Same day cancellations,  will result in the client being charged half of the total service cost. You receive an invoice from me with the amount to be sent. if not received with 2 hours of your cancellation You will need to pay your past due fee as well as becharged the additional $50 no call/no show fee in order to schedule any future appointment or you will be banned from booking. I show 100% respect for all my clients, their time and funds. Please do the same💜.

 

Agreement

By Booking with Asmani/mani/ Dripdropnailz you agree to all terms and conditions, You will not hold Asmani, or anyone associated with Asmani accountable or liable should you not read the following policies. You will not hold Asmani, or anyone associated with Asmani accountable or liable should your card  be charged as stated in above policies whether you read or did not read the policies mentioned above. You agree that you will not hold Asmani or anyone associated with Asmani liable for any issues/complications before service or after services regarding health, safety, or payment . You recognize that Asmani is a self taught licensed nail technician, you are more than welcome to ask questions regarding any of the information stated.​

AVAILABILITY WILL BE POSTED ON THE  24TH OF EVERY MONTH (starting October 30th 2022)
